Rental/Shipping Information

  • Rental period of 1 week is defined as 7 days.
  • Rental period of 1 month is defined as 28 days (4 weeks).
  • Rental rate will be switched from weekly rate to monthly rate when cost effective to do so.
  • After 28 days equipment is charged at a prorated daily rate equal to the monthly rate divided by 28 days.
  • Rental duration begins the date equipment leaves ERG and stops the date equipment arrives back at ERG.
  • A 15% surcharge will be added to shipping charges when ERG’s FedEx account is used.
  • ERG receives discounts from FedEx. Our shipping charges reflect these discounts.
  • There is no shipping charges if customer provides their own FedEx account number.
  • Personnel shipping certain items, such as the RSDetection HPIC are required to have specific DOT training. ERG is not responsible for ensuring the receiving party is properly trained to ship qualifying equipment. If you are unsure of the requirements or need additional information, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Equipment Loss/Repair
  • Lost equipment will be charged at current manufacturer purchase price.
  • Repair charges will be passed on at actual costs.
  • Excessively dirty equipment (Sharpie, paint, etc.) may incur charges.
  • Rental duration may continue while equipment is out for repair.
  • Contaminated equipment will be returned to client and rental duration will resume.

Notice: By accepting and using ERG rental equipment, the Renter indemnifies and holds harmless ERG against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities (including attorney’s fees and costs) arising out of Renter’s use of equipment.
